REPORTING OF ISSUES

Please report the following to the PNRA and we will ensure that it is reported to the correct authorities and followed up constantly until resolved.

If you report issues directly, please be sure to email residents@parktownnorth.org and include details of the issue together with the reference number.

A driveway apron is defined as the transitional area between the edge of the street and the property owner’s driveway that is primarily used for vehicular access to the driveway, while allowing street water drainage to flow beneath it.                                                                       Source: http://www.arlingtonva.us

 

Where a concrete driveway apron has been installed by the CoJ, feel free to report any problems such as a:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

                                 However, if the apron has been installed by the homeowner,

                          or the homeowner has used the CoJ grid but cast his own apron,

              the CoJ will not be able to assist without written permission to allow the 

                                                           PNRA to log a call on your behalf PNRA.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

                                The CoJ cannot maintain any aprons made from metal plate. 

                        We appeal to homeowners to please attend to these maintenance
