1. Lodge a formal Complaint through the
channels listed on the right;
2. Ensure your receive AND SAVE, your
REFERENCE NUMBER.
HOW TO ESCALATE A PROBLEM TO THE
OFFICE OF THE OMBUDSMAN:
1. Provide the following documentation:
^ Copy of ID
^ Reference Numbe
^ Proof of Reference
2. Download, fill in and sign a COMPLAINTS FORM
3. Submit ALL documentation and Complaints Form:

If you have a problem, please use the following ways of logging or resolving it before contacting the Ward Councillor or escalating it to
the Ombudsman.
Billing and Disconnections:
Go to the Randburg Revenue Centre, cnr Bram Fischer & Jan Smuts Ave
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-3pm.
Should you need to hand them Proof of Payment, please ensure that the COPY OF THE PROOF OF PAYMENT has been STAMPED BY YOUR BANK - otherwise they will not accept the documentation, and you will need to go back again to see them.
